1. Scope of Services
Sadgurus Print Solutions provides commercial printing and corporate gifting solutions to corporate clients across various industries. All services are executed based on confirmed specifications shared by the client.
2. Order Confirmation
An order will be considered confirmed only after:
– Final artwork approval from the client
– Written confirmation via email or approved communication channel
– Advance payment (if applicable)
Once approved, the order enters production and cannot be modified without mutual agreement.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
– All prices are quoted based on specifications shared at the time of enquiry
– Prices may vary if there are changes in quantity, material, design, or finishing
– Standard payment terms:
– Advance payment (as agreed)
– Balance payment before dispatch or as per agreed credit terms
Delay in payment may result in delay in delivery or withholding of materials.
4. Artwork & Proof Approval
– Clients are responsible for verifying all details in the final artwork before approval
– This includes content, spelling, colors, dimensions, and layout
– Sadgurus Print Solutions will not be responsible for errors once artwork is approved
Printed output may exhibit slight variations in colour compared to digital previews due to the printing process.
5. Production & Delivery Timelines
– Delivery timelines are estimated based on order specifications and production schedules
– While we strive for timely delivery, delays caused by:
– Client approval delays
– Technical issues
– Unforeseen circumstances are not our liability
Urgent orders may attract additional charges.
6. Cancellation Policy
– Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
– If cancellation is accepted before production, any costs incurred will be charged to the client
7. Returns & Claims
– Any quality-related claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery
– Claims must include supporting evidence (photos/videos)
– We will review and provide appropriate resolution, which may include reprint or partial adjustment
No claims will be accepted after the stipulated period.
8. Liability Limitation
Sadgurus Print Solutions shall not be liable for:
– Indirect or consequential losses
– Loss of business or revenue due to delay or defects
– Minor variations in print output within acceptable industry standards
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order.
9. Intellectual Property
– Clients must ensure they have the rights to use all designs, logos, and content provided
– We are not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from client-supplied material
10. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information, designs, and business data. Such information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or government restrictions.
12. Governing Law
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
13. Changes to Terms
Sadgurus Print Solutions reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Clients are advised to review this page periodically.
